Nina Diamond, Stephen K. Koernig and Zafar Iqbal of the Department of Marketing are the winners of the 2008 Outstanding Article of the Year Award from the Journal of Marketing Education. The article, "Uniting Actie and Deep Learning to Teach Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic Tools and the Learning Spiral," describes an innovative strategic tools course designed to enhance the problem-solving skills of marketing majors.
