Undergraduate Programs

The Department of Marketing offers two main options for undergraduate Marketing majors:

1. Standard Marketing Program
Students select electives based on  career interests. The department offers electives in the various areas of marketing such as advertising, marketing research, sales management, or marketing management.

2. Integrated Marketing Education (IME)
This program is designed to model the progress of a marketing professional. It includes a mandatory internship.

Additional concentrations which can be combined with any of the above are:

Supplemental Programs:
Marketing Internship Program: All students can participate in our internship program, which places them with such leading firms as The American Cancer Society, Arthur Andersen, Chicago Magazine, Leo Burnett, and United Airlines. Students take the MKT 393 course along with the internship.

International Programs:

Students are encouraged to explore our short-term and long-term study abroad seminars and programs.
